Bus changes
East Lulworth Parish Council
After 16 Sept 2017, the last day of operation for Breezer 30, there will be only ONE bus service (the X54) passing through Wool until summer services resume in 2018. E/W Lulworth and Bovington will have no bus services at all over the winter period!
(school services will operate as in previous years)

BUSES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS The TANK MUSEUM SHUTTLE (First No. 55) will run again between the Tank Museum and Wool Station on Tiger Day, 16 Sept 2017, approx. every 30 mins from about 9am to 6pm. BESTIVAL SHUTTLES will operate between Lulworth Castle and Wool Station during Bestival weekend, 7-10 Sept 2017.
COMMUNITY TRANSPORT
Residents of Wool, E/W Lulworth, Bovington and surrounding villages can use the following Community Transport services. Booking is essential!
DORCHESTER MARKET BUS operated by Dorset Community Transport. Runs on Wednesdays only. To book, ring 01258 287 980.
WAREHAM HOPPER operated by Nordcat. Runs on Thursdays only (also a Wednesdays-only trip to Tower Park Tesco). To book, ring 01258 473 154.
SHARE AND CARE CAR SERVICE for medical appointments. To book, ring 07751 968 944.
Despite rumours to the contrary, rail services through Wool will not change significantly until a completely revised timetable is introduced in December 2018. The new timetable will be the subject of a public consultation to be launched some time during September 2017. Make sure you have your say!
